I.G.K. is a traditional school that strives to provide students with safe, professional, world class instruction on the history, techniques and virtues of Goju Karate-do. We offer exciting training programs for all ages from our three dojos in North Balwyn, Hawthorn and Ballarat.
I.G.K. instructors are experienced and passionate about their art. They have trained with Tino Ceberano Hanshi, founder and Chief Instructor of the I.G.K., for many years. Our dojos suit all ages and levels of skill.
Through years of training and experience, we have developed teaching methods to enhance the body, mind and spirit. We encourage individuals to reach their full potential with a balance of all three elements while learning to be self-disciplined, respectful and honest.
In January 2021 we are proud to announce the opening of the Hawthorn dojo, instructed by Jim Pantopolis Senpai. We welcome beginners and students of all ages. No experience is required.
